Pre-Sales Solution Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee Discovery initiatives across various business units and ERP systems.

• Evaluate current ERP environments (NAV and Sage) and document existing systems.

• Conduct and facilitate business process workshops with stakeholders from Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and IT.

• Establish future-state processes that align with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Identify gaps between existing systems and standard functionalities of Business Central.

• Utilize Company 1’s current Business Central configuration as a reference for replication.

• Evaluate master data scope and opening balance strategies for migration purposes.

• Determine integration needs, including warehouse management (Excalibur WMS) and EDI systems.

• Create decision-ready documents such as: Discovery Report, High-Level Implementation Roadmap, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Estimate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English.

• Background as a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer or Enterprise Architect.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Involvement in ERP migration or reimplementation projects.

• Capability to conduct workshops and collect business requirements from stakeholders.

• Experience in system and process analysis within finance, supply chain, and warehouse operations.

• Knowledge of ERP integrations (APIs, EDI, WMS systems is a plus).

• Experience in pre-sales, solution design, or enterprise architecture positions.
