This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide exceptional technical expertise and strategic direction to customer accounts.
• Manage technical pre-sales relationships, propose business workflows, and assist clients in integrating TRM solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical consultant during discovery calls and document technical specifications.
• Showcase TRM's APIs and architecture to clients, offering guidance on implementation and potential obstacles.
• Create and maintain high-quality resources for client integrations.
• Relevant experience in pre-and post-sales positions, such as Senior Solutions Architect, Senior Sales Engineer, or Senior Customer Success Engineer.
• Outstanding customer-facing abilities, with a talent for empathizing with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience working with engineering and product teams to tailor API-based SaaS solutions.
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Javascript, Typescript).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset for identifying improvement opportunities.
• Bonus: Previous experience in AI development is highly desirable.
• A global team that values asynchronous communication to achieve success.
• Flexible working hours within the 8 am - 5 pm EST time frame for overlapping teams.
