Senior Solutions Architect – Microsoft AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and meet an annual gross profit target for AI-driven professional services engagements.

• Collaborate with SHI Account Executives and Microsoft co-sell teams to discover, qualify, and progress AI and Copilot opportunities.

• Conduct discovery workshops and technical assessment sessions to gain insights into clients' current states, challenges, and strategic AI goals.

• Create solutions utilizing SHI’s modular, productized service catalog.

• Act as the reliable technical advisor to client stakeholders, ranging from IT directors to C-suite executives, on AI strategy and Copilot implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in solution architecture, presales engineering, or technical consulting within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• At least 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft AI and automation technologies, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry (or Azure OpenAI Service), Power Platform, or Copilot for M365 extensibility.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven experience in designing and developing AI agents, conversational AI solutions, or intelligent automation workflows in a production or client-facing environment.

• Excellent executive communication skills with a demonstrated ability to present to C-level audiences and lead discussions on strategic technology.
