Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Solutions Architects.

• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture within the team.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota objectives through value-driven selling.

• Shape the regional go-to-market strategy by offering insights on sales tactics and product deficiencies while advocating for the team’s requirements.

• Identify and evaluate potential candidates to uphold a high standard of talent.

• Establish and sustain robust customer relationships.

• Ensure technical excellence and propel sales success.

• Work closely with sales and the wider Americas revenue team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of industry experience in a pre-sales role.

• More than 3 years of direct management experience, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and retaining top talent.

• Background in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in dynamic environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience managing customer relationships in both pre- and post-sales roles.
