Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and development of AI-driven technology solutions.

• Create scalable cloud applications and multi-tenant infrastructures.

• Implement best practices for security, governance, and infrastructure.

• Track system performance and manage the resolution of technical challenges.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and solution design conversations with clients.

• Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Supervise implementation and deployment efforts.

• Act as the main technical escalation point for client interactions.

• Offer technical leadership and direction to development teams.

• Assess code, architectural choices, and technical documentation.

• Set development standards and establish best practices.

• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams.

• Analyze emerging AI technologies and industry developments.

• Suggest new capabilities, integrations, and automation prospects.

• Assist in product strategy, pricing, and solution development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software architecture, cloud engineering, or technical consulting.

• Strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies.

• Experience in designing scalable SaaS or enterprise-level solutions.

• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.

• Experience with third-party platform and API integrations.

• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.

• Preferred: Experience with AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs).

• Preferred: Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, or similar AI platforms.

• Preferred: Background in professional services, financial services, legal technology, or B2B SaaS.

• Preferred: Experience in leading distributed or remote technical teams.
