This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor for clients regarding their technical requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of engineers, promoting a culture of ongoing learning, development, and support for customer interactions.
• Comprehend and communicate the technical skills and contributions of engineers within the team.
• Familiarize yourself with Defense Unicorns' products and overall philosophy.
• Aid the team in exploration and framing initiatives throughout the industry.
• Recognize and enact process enhancements to boost team productivity and efficacy.
• Contribute to product demonstrations and content creation.
• Oversee the management of "proof of concept" projects.
• Establish and sustain continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Construct, deploy, test, and troubleshoot UDS Bundles, Zarf packages, and UDS packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brainstorming, research, and innovative growth strategies.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to growth hacking and user acquisition.
• Experiment with new tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance growth results.
• Demonstrated experience in growth engineering, digital marketing, or similar roles within a technology startup setting.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization and container orchestration, particularly Kubernetes.
• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, including more than 1 year in a managerial position.
• Proven success in leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Preferred familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem and its tools.
• Knowledge of system architecture for both cloud and on-premises solutions.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
• Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiar with web technologies.
• Experience in training and mentoring personnel.
• Background in full-stack development.
• Understanding of continuous delivery and agile methodologies.
• More than 4 years of experience working with full-stack development teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in interactions with Defense-based customers.
• Established experience in synthesizing technical solutions and deriving insights from them.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Containers.
