Senior Solutions Advisor, SAP EH&S

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead consultative discovery discussions to gain insights into customers’ SAP ecosystems, compliance requirements, and business objectives.

• Propose solutions that effectively meet customer needs.

• Collaborate with Business Development teams on intricate opportunities.

• Formulate solution strategies and provide customized demonstrations.

• Assist in the creation of proposals and Scopes of Work.

• Guide customers on structured regulatory content, SAP EHS workflows, integration factors, and S/4HANA transformations.

• Showcase 3E regulatory Content as a Service, 3E Generate, authoring services, and AI-enhanced capabilities.

• Work alongside Account Managers to pinpoint additional opportunities for solution adoption.

• Support customers as their regulatory and business requirements change.

• Share customer insights with Product, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams.

• Contribute to enhancements in solutions and commercial growth.

• Represent 3E through customer presentations, webinars, and industry conferences.

• Provide guidance and expertise to fellow Solutions Advisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product stewardship, environmental health and safety, chemical regulatory compliance, supply chain compliance, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience with SAP EHS.

• More than 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.

• Experience in consultative or solution-selling settings.

• Understanding of global chemical regulatory frameworks such as GHS, REACH, TSCA, WHMIS, HazCom, RoHS, or similar regulations.

• Capability to communicate complex regulatory and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in Salesforce.

• Proven fluency in AI, including effective use of AI tools and the ability to discuss practical applications and business value of AI-enabled solutions.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% of the time.

• Must be based in the US in a state where 3E is authorized to hire.

• Eligible to work without sponsorship.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA transformations and evolving SAP EHS landscapes.

• Experience with regulatory content providers, Content as a Service solutions, or structured data integrations.

• Familiarity with 3E Generate or comparable product stewardship software.

• Experience supporting sales of complex enterprise software or regulatory services.

• Prior experience using 3E products or services.

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
