Senior SAP HCM PY / ECP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Configure SAP HCM PY / ECP solutions in alignment with client specifications

• Diagnose problems and perform testing to guarantee the quality of support deliverables

• Offer system assistance and user training

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the AMS team

• Assist clients while ensuring the effectiveness and quality of the organization's HR processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP HCM PY / ECP Consultant

• In-depth understanding of HR processes

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

• SAP HCM certification is advantageous

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience in supporting payroll processes (SAP HCM PY)

• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

• Proficiency in Excel

• Ability to work with technical and functional teams, clients, and business stakeholders
