Senior SAP Practice Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategic growth and development of Avvale's SAP Practice in Germany.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives with a focus on Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and/or Production Planning (PP).

• Assist clients in the design and implementation of innovative, scalable, and future-ready SAP solutions.

• Broaden and enhance the SAP consulting offerings in accordance with market trends and client requirements.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

• Contribute to the long-term strategic vision of Avvale and bolster its position within the German market.

• Guide, mentor, and develop the local SAP Operations team.

• Provide senior-level oversight for projects.

• Coordinate between client business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Assist with pre-sales activities, which include client workshops, solution design, effort estimations, and proposal development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience delivering SAP Solutions.

• Experience with greenfield projects, rollouts, S/4HANA, and system conversions.

• Strong expertise in at least one of the following modules: SD, MM, or PP/Manufacturing.

• Comprehensive end-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain processes.

• Proven experience in team or practice leadership.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in large teams.

• Confidence in interacting with senior customer stakeholders, including those from international backgrounds.

• Previous experience in an SAP consulting firm is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with the German mid-market and manufacturing sector is highly preferred.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Structured and meticulously precise work approach.
