This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead pre-sales strategies, solution design, and deal execution within Innovaccer’s Experience product portfolio.
• Lead consultative discovery processes across Access, Outreach, and Experience workflows.
• Develop solution architectures, mock workflows, and demonstration flows.
• Conduct demonstrations and narrative-driven presentations.
• Create pitch materials suitable for executives, along with business cases, ROI analyses, proposals, and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales leaders on deal strategies, commercial proposals, contracting frameworks, and pricing decisions.
• Provide expert knowledge on Access operations and patient engagement.
• Craft strategic narratives and go-to-market strategies for Access & Outreach.
• Assess customer needs, the competitive landscape, and solution gaps to guide Product teams.
• Create reusable assets, playbooks, workflow libraries, and value frameworks.
• Connect customer requirements with Experience product capabilities; recommend enhancements and shape solution blueprints.
• Assist with commercial packaging, bundling, and cross-product alignment.
• Participate in strategic executive meetings and present Innovaccer’s perspective.
• Guide customers in modernization strategies without managing long-term relationships.
• Convert technical capabilities into operational, clinical, and financial value.
• 8–12+ years of experience in healthcare access operations, patient engagement, digital front-door transformation, consulting, or solution engineering.
• Extensive knowledge in various Access Center workflow areas, including scheduling, voice agents, registration, insurance verification, call center operations, omnichannel engagement, referrals, and digital experience.
• Familiarity with Call Center technology stacks.
• Experience in Call Center transformation.
• Proven track record of driving complex deals in enterprise provider or health system settings.
• Strong capability to design and execute demos, mock workflows, and solution narratives.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strong analytical and commercial insight; capable of creating ROI models, business cases, and pricing structures.
• Experience in influencing product direction and collaborating with Product teams.
• Ability to function as a high-ownership individual contributor within matrixed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree (MBA, MHA) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% for customer meetings and internal strategy sessions.
