This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with customers effectively
• Assist prospects and clients during architecture discussions, onboarding, migrations, and the adoption of production environments
• Lead technical discussions
• Aid customers in designing scalable cloud and Kubernetes infrastructures, resolving issues, and applying best practices related to CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and deployments
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor
• Coordinate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to eliminate customer obstacles and enhance their overall experience
• Transform recurring customer inquiries into improved documentation, tools, processes, and product feedback
• Technically contribute to Qovery’s open-source community (CLI, Terraform Provider, tooling)
• Significant experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Practical experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Comprehensive understanding of Networking, DNS, and Containers
• Proficient in CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Skilled in production troubleshooting
• Background in customer-facing technical positions: Solution Engineering, TAM, Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Customer Engineering
• Capability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear manner
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with reading code, logs, APIs, Terraform, and infrastructure configurations
• Eager to learn about modern AI-driven development workflows
• Proficient in English
• Bonus: Contributions to open-source projects, Experience with developer tools or infrastructure platforms, Familiarity with Go, Rust, or Kotlin
