This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.
β’ Develop robust relationships with IT executives (CIOs, CTOs, Architects) and assist them throughout their digital transformation journey.
β’ Oversee technical pre-sales initiatives, including presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and responses to RFPs.
β’ Work collaboratively across departments such as Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to enhance customer outcomes.
β’ Showcase our Digital Workspace's technical and business value proposition at industry conferences.
β’ Discover new business prospects and aid the sales team in increasing account value.
β’ Shape product direction by providing customer feedback and insights into industry trends.
β’ 5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales solution engineering position or a related customer-facing role.
β’ Strong comprehension of enterprise architecture, Windows desktop/application management, and endpoint security.
β’ Demonstrated capability to deliver impactful demos and presentations to both technical and executive audiences.
β’ Experience with subscription-based go-to-market strategies and customer adoption methodologies.
β’ Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
