Senior Solution Consultant – Microsoft 365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Facilitating workshops, conducting requirement analyses, and performing technical evaluations with international stakeholders.

• Creating, developing, and refining solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Offering strategic and technical advice on the implementation of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including prompt engineering and automation scenarios.

• Designing and improving SharePoint solutions with a focus on collaboration, document management, and process enhancement.

• Delivering expert advice across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, encompassing governance, security, productivity, and integrations.

• Guiding team members and contributing to best practices, architectural standards, and maintaining solution quality.

• Detecting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues associated with SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot.

• Partnering with cross-functional international teams and external collaborators to provide scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Consultant or Solution Architect, or strong practical experience with Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365.

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing Power Platform solutions (canvas apps, model-driven apps, flows, connectors, governance).

• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven automation.

• Established knowledge of SharePoint Online, modern architecture, and governance best practices.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, administration).

• Preferably, experience with Power BI.

• Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions and architectures.

• Proficient in English with strong presentation skills.
