Senior Solution Consultant – Kinaxis Maestro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the performance challenges faced by customers and assist in resolving intricate supply chain management problems.

• Offer expert advice on the integration of Kinaxis product solutions.

• Serve as the functional lead during the implementation of Maestro supply chain software projects.

• Facilitate business requirements discovery sessions for advanced, multi-phase implementations.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects on process design and the technical direction of complex configurations.

• Execute advanced product configurations tailored to customer requirements and approved solution architecture.

• Supervise the troubleshooting and resolution of complex configuration challenges.

• Utilize mathematical models, optimization techniques, and artificial intelligence algorithms in supply chain planning scenarios.

• Validate and evaluate solutions, gather user feedback, and formulate recommendations for escalations, roadblocks, and documentation.

• Conduct deployment workshops and educate customers on configured solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior Solution Consultants.

• Coach and mentor junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in software implementation or deployment in supply chain planning or execution, or relevant business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a functional leadership role concerning system configuration or deployments.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in business process design for supply chain software implementations.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Initiative and capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Proven leadership qualities within a team, along with a successful track record with clients and executive sponsors.

• Capacity to operate in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

• Proficient in conveying complex concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Advanced knowledge and practical application of supply chain best practices related to forecasting, MRP, Constraint Management, and Production Scheduling.

• Ability to lead intricate business requirements gathering sessions with clients and system end users.

• Familiarity with supply chain processes and manufacturing planning solutions, such as Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.

• Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, with occasional travel up to 50%.

• Capability to work effectively remotely from client locations.
