Senior Solution Consultant, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical consultant for Healthcare clients assessing Blitzy.

• Facilitate technical conversations regarding software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.

• Conduct proofs-of-concept to showcase measurable business outcomes.

• Assist clients in incorporating Blitzy into their current development environments.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer journey.

• Convert client feedback into product enhancements and insights for the roadmap.

• Establish trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.

• Engage with incoming prospects confidently.

• Provide persuasive platform demonstrations to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs.

• Manage complex enterprise sales processes from initial contact through PoC to contract finalization.

• Promote post-sale adoption and growth, ensuring customers effectively increase Blitzy usage across teams and products.

• Act as the technical link between our CTO, AI Engineering team, and the customer's experience on the platform.

• Monitor and enhance your pipeline with accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise software development and contemporary engineering practices.

• Proficient in cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.

• Capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives.

• Experience working with enterprise clients or in complex technical settings.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Background as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.

• Experience in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.

• Proven track record of assisting companies in modernizing their engineering workflows.

• Prior experience at organizations such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consulting firms.
