Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• The Senior Solution Consultant is a specialist in OneStream technology who conducts intricate, customized demonstrations and solution presentations that effectively convey our value proposition to partners, prospects, and clients.

• Accelerate the sales cycle by delivering impeccable standard and tailored product demonstrations to mid- and C-level executives within the Office of Finance.

• Support potential clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction with minimal oversight.

• Act as a resource for less seasoned Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives; engage in team knowledge sharing.

• Convert complex customer challenges into persuasive Proof-of-Concept presentations.

• Develop and present high-caliber OneStream demonstrations that highlight advanced product features, advantages, and future directions.

• Identify the best solutions for customer requirements and communicate OneStream’s comprehensive value proposition.

• Ensure that standard demo environments and materials are up-to-date, precise, and impactful.

• Provide clear, convincing presentations and build trust with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 6 years of experience in the CPM industry in technical presales, consulting, or related roles.

• Technical expertise with CPM tools (OneStream or comparable).

• Background in Finance/Accounting and a solid understanding of business analysis and financial modeling.

• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities; capable of leading technical discussions with confidence.

• Demonstrated proficiency in quickly assessing customer environments and identifying use cases for potential clients.

• Experience in guiding customers through the evaluation of CPM solutions (or similar).

• Must be able to communicate confidently and professionally in both English and Arabic.
