Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Work in close collaboration with account teams and clients.

• Take the lead on technical and solution discovery initiatives.

• Create and present engaging presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-value scenarios, and discovery workshops.

• Serve as a trusted advisor for customers.

• Develop and uphold extensive subject matter expertise related to Neptune’s platform.

• Produce high-quality documentation, presentations, and other materials to bolster sales efforts.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback.

• Occasionally represent Neptune at marketing events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical background.

• Solid experience or working knowledge of SAP.

• Profound understanding of technology, especially in areas like process enhancement, integrations, automation, and UI/UX.

• Solution-focused mindset.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong consultative abilities and sound judgment.

• Capability to forge strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Proactive and results-oriented.

• Good understanding of Neptune’s platform or the ability to quickly learn and master this knowledge.

• Foundational knowledge of MEDDPPIC, value-based selling, or command of the message is advantageous.
