Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the business performance challenges of customers and assist in resolving intricate supply chain management issues.

• Offer expert advice on the integration of Kinaxis product solutions.

• Serve as the functional lead on projects during the implementation of Maestro supply chain software.

• Facilitate business requirements discovery sessions for complex, multi-phase implementations.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects on process design and technical direction for sophisticated configurations.

• Execute advanced product configurations tailored to customer specifications and approved solution architecture.

• Act as the first-level escalation point for challenging configuration issues.

• Utilize mathematical models, optimization techniques, and AI algorithms in supply chain planning scenarios.

• Validate and test solutions, gather user feedback, and formulate recommendations for escalations, barriers, and documentation.

• Conduct intricate deployment workshops and provide training to customers on configured solutions.

• Offer technical leadership to Associate, Entry, and Intermediate Solution Consultants.

• Guide and mentor junior consultants throughout the entire project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of extensive experience in software implementation or deployment within supply chain planning or execution, or relevant business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a functional leadership role for system configuration or deployments.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in business process design for supply chain software implementations.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Initiative and capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Demonstrated leadership skills within a team setting and a successful track record with customers and executive sponsors.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment with multiple team members.

• Proficient in conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Advanced knowledge and practical application of supply chain best practices related to forecasting, MRP, Constraint Management, and Production Scheduling.

• Competence in leading intricate business requirements gathering sessions with customers and system end users.

• Experience with supply chain processes and manufacturing planning solutions such as Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.

• Proficient in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript.

• Willingness to travel an average of 25% and occasionally up to 50%.

• Capability to work effectively remotely from client sites.
