Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Offer technical expertise across various projects, from the gathering of requirements to the rollout of production.

• Analyze, develop, install, configure, and test software applications tailored for business needs.

• Create OnBase solutions for document capture, storage, workflow management, and other related areas.

• Draft and maintain comprehensive documentation that includes program development, logic, coding, testing, modifications, and corrections.

• Engage in internal design reviews regarding Functional Specifications.

• Generate test transactions and execute tests to uncover errors and confirm specifications.

• Deliver technical support for program errors, challenges, and inquiries.

• Assess customer requests and establish functional specifications.

• Collaborate with system users to clarify goals and evaluate service feasibility.

• Meet with clients to grasp the functions to automate, their needs, objectives, features, and input/output specifications.

• Conduct research and assess software and hardware options for programming or platform application.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Technical field or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience or a comparable mix of education and skills.

• A minimum of 2 years in the development, analysis, and documentation of software applications.

• At least 1 year of experience with OnBase.

• Familiarity with system architecture, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies, scanning, quality assurance, workflow, databases, and interfaces.

• Experience with imaging, document management, content management, and OCR technologies is highly desirable.

• Preferred experience with OnBase or capture and workflow solutions like FileNet, Documentum, OpenText, Kofax, or AnyDoc.

• Preference for candidates with .NET programming experience.

• Experience with N-tier web-based applications utilizing C# and ASP.NET is preferred.

• Ability to enhance web applications using HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and/or AJAX is preferred.

• Microsoft, imaging, or ECM certifications are advantageous.
