This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Serve as the technical consultant for enterprise clients assessing Blitzy

• Facilitate technical conversations regarding software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows

• Conduct proofs-of-concept and showcase tangible business outcomes

• Assist customers in incorporating Blitzy into their current development setups

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer journey

• Convert customer feedback into enhancements for the product and insights for the roadmap

• Establish trustworthy relationships with technical stakeholders and executives

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership

• Deep understanding of enterprise software development and contemporary engineering practices

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices

• Proficient in conveying technical concepts effectively to both technical and executive audiences

• Experience working with enterprise clients or in intricate technical settings

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

• Previous roles as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect

• Background in AI/ML technologies or AI-oriented products

• Experience in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling

• Proven track record of aiding companies in modernizing their engineering workflows

• Prior experience with companies such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consulting firms
