Senior Solution Architect – Documentum, Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Define the target architecture for ECM capabilities.

• Align ECM solutions with the standards of enterprise integration.

• Establish reusable architectural patterns and best practices.

• Participate in architecture governance boards.

• Design reusable APIs and enterprise integration services.

• Define synchronization patterns between business applications and ECM platforms.

• Enable document-centric business processes.

• Support content interoperability across the enterprise.

• Design and oversee:

• Documentum Content Server.

• D2.

• xCP.

• OpenText Content Server.

• Extended ECM.

• Archive Center.

• InfoArchive.

• Design metadata models and taxonomy strategies.

• Manage collections, folders, classifications, and document structures.

• Define lifecycle, retention, legal hold, and archival strategies.

• Lead enterprise migration programs.

• Define migration architecture and execution strategies.

• Support migration tooling:

• OpenText Migration Center.

• Custom migration frameworks.

• Bulk ingestion mechanisms.

• Information classification.

• Data protection and privacy controls.

• Records management.

• Audit and traceability requirements.

• Implementation of regulatory compliance.

• Define retention and archival policies.

• Establish monitoring and observability standards.

• Design operational support models.

• Create disaster recovery and high availability architectures.

• Optimize performance and scalability of the ECM platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of overall IT experience.

• More than 5 years as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience delivering OpenText and/or Documentum solutions.

• Proven track record in enterprise ECM transformation initiatives.

• Experience in document migration and content modernization programs.

• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, telecom, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
