Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of packaged solutions across various Bullhorn product lines or offer expert guidance on these initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to grasp customer needs.

• Leverage expertise to provide suitable solutions and manage expectations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Bullhorn's business units, technology teams, QA, and support divisions.

• Evaluate client business processes, requirements, and strategies to document and validate necessary functionalities, aligning them with suitable technology solutions.

• Actively communicate and engage with both external and internal customers to assess information needs and functional requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in defining and executing Enterprise software projects.

• Familiarity with web technologies, languages, and frameworks such as SOAP, REST, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Additional consideration will be given for a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) setting.

• Proficient in using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and reusable components.
