This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as the senior technical architect throughout the pursuit lifecycle within a cohesive growth team, engaging in proposal, capture, and business development initiatives.
• Offer comprehensive thought leadership for proposal responses, encompassing aspects like technical solutions, staffing, implementation timelines, and Basis of Estimate (BOE).
• Deliver expert technical writing skills in the creation of technical documents, white papers, statements of work, briefings, and proposals.
• Guide and mentor junior team members in addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Collaborate with teaming partners to devise technical solutions, integrate their capabilities, and formulate pricing strategies, among other tasks.
• Investigate new methodologies/enabling technologies to foster solution innovation and enhancements, ensuring corporate offerings remain aligned with current and emerging trends.
• Assist in creating standardized, proposal-ready content (Gold Standard) for future proposal efforts, documenting any new language developed for inclusion in the proposal Gold Standard database.
• Aid in the identification of business and technical requirements, effectively communicating these to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Operate both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple complex tasks concurrently.
• Over 10 years of experience in developing federal contracting solutions, including roles as a technical architect or in pursuing complex federal proposals.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field (master’s degree is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage one or more sections of a proposal across a wide array of topics.
• Experience in architecting and implementing solutions within relevant domains (e.g., mission IT, systems engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, Operations & Maintenance, etc.).
• Established expertise in AI/ML platforms and tools.
• Proven capability to write, review, direct, and develop proposal sections, irrespective of the discipline, technology, or specific requirements involved.
