Senior Solution Architect, AI Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with NVIDIA Cloud Partners and OEMs in the Public Sector on extensive data center GPU server and networking system implementations.

• Facilitate customer discussions regarding network architecture, compute/storage solutions, and support the initiation of server/network/cluster setups.

• Act as the main technical advocate for customers throughout the design, development, construction, integration, and production phases of GPU infrastructure and applications during the entire customer journey.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by conducting regular technical meetings focused on product roadmaps, troubleshooting cluster issues, discussing features, and introducing innovative technology solutions.

• Collaborate with other Solutions Architects, Account Managers, Engineering, Product, and business leaders to align strategies, evaluate technical requirements, and secure business prospects for NVIDIA.

• Analyze and troubleshoot compute/network configurations and performance challenges to ensure optimal cluster performance.

• Create and present technical materials to clients, including presentations, workshops, reference architectures, tutorials, and publications.

• Inform C-Suite executives about the advantages of AI and high-performance computing.

• Lead communications between customers and NVIDIA Management.

• Provide valuable feedback to engineering and product teams regarding product specifications, customer experience, documentation, and tools.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 6 years of experience in Solution Engineering (or similar roles such as Sales Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Solution Architecture), including direct engagement with partners and customers.

• Preferred experience in high-performance Networking or CPU/GPU application acceleration.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a background in direct customer interaction.

• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in High-Performance Computing or Networking.

• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to clearly communicate vision (both in writing and verbally) and engage in cross-functional teamwork.
