Senior Software Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform both functional and non-functional testing of the web application.

• Evaluate, test, and clarify project specifications.

• Design and implement testing strategies.

• Organize, prioritize, and estimate testing activities.

• Develop and maintain test documentation.

• Review and generate automated tests.

• Identify, analyze, and track bugs while working collaboratively towards their resolution.

• Monitor and report on quality metrics and testing outcomes.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies.

• Prepare and facilitate demonstration sessions.

• Work collaboratively with developers, Product Owners, partners, and other team members.

• Adhere to QA processes and contribute to ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

• Proven experience in testing web applications.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, tools, and industry best practices.

• Experience in creating test documentation, including Test Cases, Checklists, and Bug Reports.

• Familiarity with databases and principles of data storage.

• Capability to test, analyze, and clarify requirements effectively.

• Solid understanding of client-server architecture and integrations.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., TypeScript).

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

• Background in Agile/Scrum environments.

• A proactive approach to quality with an ownership mindset.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools used in QA.

• Experience with Azure Cloud and SaaS applications.

• Proficiency in using Git.
