Digital Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Perform both manual and automated testing across the storeLink feature areas, which include print workflows, ESL device integrations, and digital media displays.

• Create, develop, and sustain automated test scripts utilizing Playwright or similar tools, integrated into GitHub Actions pipelines.

• Assess .NET Core web API microservices, Angular front-end components, and updates to MS SQL Managed Instance databases.

• Outline, compose, and implement test plans and test cases in collaboration with product and sprint teams.

• Detect, document, and monitor software defects.

• Execute data integrity checks and regression testing utilizing T-SQL queries across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.

• Work alongside engineering sprint teams and Level 2 technical support to ensure software quality and maintain data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, encompassing both manual and automated testing.

• Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated UI and API test suites using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, with a preference for Playwright.

• Expertise in writing and executing T-SQL queries for backend data validation.

• A solid understanding of RESTful web APIs, microservices architecture, and Angular single-page applications.

• Familiarity with Azure, AKS containerization, and GitHub Actions CI/CD.

• Excellent technical troubleshooting capabilities.

• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening following an offer.
