Senior Software Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Achieve sales objectives for specified industry sectors while contributing to the execution of the UK&I strategy to meet the overall goals and targets of the UK&I business.

• Collaborate with the UK and EMEA channel teams, utilizing their expertise and efforts to enhance success within the designated industry sectors.

• Assemble a virtual team of resources and key stakeholders within One Identity to support all facets of the sales process.

• Effectively communicate the One Identity message across the complete product portfolio, addressing both technical and business aspects.

• Conduct regular reviews of activities and achievements against established targets, utilizing milestone metrics to monitor progress and devise alternative strategies and tactics to ensure targets are met.

• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings with professionalism.

• Deliver timely and precise performance reports to fulfill any necessary contributions to UK&I management forecasting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of demonstrated sales experience with Enterprise software, ideally with a focus on Identity and/or Security-centric products.

• An extensive network of established contacts within the Channel to boost One Identity’s growth among strategic partners.

• Willingness to travel throughout the UK&I as necessary.

• Technical proficiency with the capability to present and sell technology products within a business context.

• Strong commercial and negotiation abilities at the enterprise level.

• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Capacity to work independently and take initiative when needed, while still thriving as part of a team.

• A high standard of excellence, professionalism, and exemplary behavior.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and experience with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodologies is a plus.
