Senior Software QA Engineer, Manual Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing on emerging technologies.

• Recognize and address straightforward quality process challenges with minimal supervision and guidance.

• Create test scenarios and execute them throughout the testing phase.

• Detect bugs and document them following the bug template, ensuring adequate detail for developer investigation.

• Carry out API testing utilizing tools such as Postman or Swagger to confirm request/response functionality.

• Communicate status updates to cross-functional teams.

• Perform assigned tasks in accordance with guidelines and assist in problem-solving through established solutions.

• Offer proactive support to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with manual testing tools and procedures in an agile setting.

• Practical experience in manual API testing (e.g., using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools), focusing on validating endpoints, status codes, and response payloads.

• Strong grasp of QA principles.

• Good understanding of the software development life cycle and lean/agile QA methodologies.

• Proficient communication skills in English are essential.
