Senior Software QA Engineer, Manual Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing on emerging technologies.

• Detect and resolve basic quality process issues with minimal supervision and guidance.

• Create test scenarios and execute them throughout the testing phase.

• Identify bugs and document them following the bug template with adequate details for developer review.

• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger to verify request/response behavior.

• Communicate status updates to cross-functional teams.

• Carry out assigned tasks in accordance with guidelines and contribute to problem-solving with defined solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience utilizing manual testing tools and procedures in an agile setting.

• Practical experience in manual API testing (e.g., using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools), including endpoint validation, status codes, and response payloads.

• Profound understanding of QA theory.

• Strong grasp of the software development life cycle and lean/agile QA methodologies.

• Proficient communication skills in English are essential.
