This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and sustain an advanced digital analytics program across various web platforms and numerous sites.
• Deliver digital analytics insights to comprehend customer journeys and enhance websites for customer satisfaction.
• Manage data collection utilizing LeadVenture digital intelligence systems.
• Oversee data transformation and third-party integration through a Tag Management System.
• Collaborate with the Analytics Team Lead, Product Owner, data lake engineers, and stakeholders from Marketing, Operations, Sales, and IT.
• Actively engage as a member of a fully remote agile team.
• Function as the subject matter expert for tracking and analytics tools.
• Design, construct, test, monitor, and ensure quality for the web data layer and web tags/pixels.
• Work together with web developers, data engineers, and IT on tracking implementation, data collection, and multichannel data integration.
• Evaluate business requirements and inform stakeholders about digital analytics.
• Map core and enterprise tracking to third-party agencies.
• Diagnose missing or misconfigured tagging for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain the Tag Management platform, including releases and enhancements that support business goals and processes.
• Guide the development team to build according to the established architecture.
• Foster relationships with directors, internal leadership, and external customers to ensure the system architecture aligns with expectations.
• Over 4 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in relation to websites and single-page applications (SPAs).
• More than 3 years of experience with digital analytics and administration of tools such as Google Analytics and Piwik.
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing a Tag Management Platform like Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM, or Tealium.
• Understanding of data layer principles, data modeling and governance, digital analytics implementation, and event handling via the DOM event model.
• Proficiency with jQuery, Regular Expressions, and HTML/CSS selectors.
• Exceptional browser debugging skills and experience with debugging tools for websites and SPAs.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing.
• Strong skills in data interpretation and communication; ability to summarize and present complex findings clearly to both technical and management audiences.
• Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• Initiative and capability to work with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized and meticulous.
• Competence in managing time, priorities, and multiple deadlines in a high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.
• Preferably familiar with ETL and data modeling in an AWS Data Lake environment.
• Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon QuickSight.
• Ability to work effectively in onsite, remote, or hybrid environments using video conferencing and collaboration tools.
