Senior Software Engineer – Support, AI Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Actively enhance the code quality of our Exporter applications by reviewing and improving code standards using LLMs (e.g., Claude).

• Expanding the comprehensive test coverage and automated test executions, including performance assessments.

• Providing third-level support, which entails diagnosing bugs with the assistance of Atlassian Intelligence.

• Resolving identified bugs and automating these processes through Jira Service Management Premium.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end code for dynamic modern web applications.

• Strong proficiency in client-side JavaScript, CSS, Web APIs, and React for user interface development.

• Practical experience with tools and frameworks for testing and development (TypeScript, Playwright, Redux).

• Familiarity with creating automation pipelines utilizing AI technologies.

• Preferably, hands-on experience with Atlassian Apps and Jira Service Management Automations.

• Ideally, a degree in Applied Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
