Senior Software Engineer, Simple Trade Experience

• Take charge of the design and implementation of highly efficient, reliable, and consistent systems that support trading for millions of users globally.

• Design and create robust, scalable systems that accommodate various trading types and assets, including Spot, Limit, and Recurring trades.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to define and deliver a top-tier trading experience on both web and mobile platforms.

• Lead the evolution of production services, scaling and maintaining essential trading infrastructure as user traffic and product offerings expand.

• Enhance engineering quality through thorough code reviews, mentorship, and shared knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building and scaling production services that manage web-scale traffic.

• Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and maintaining highly available distributed systems, preferably in trading or financial environments.

• Strong expertise in backend programming languages such as Java or Golang.

• Familiarity with data storage solutions like MongoDB or Redis.

• Capability to merge customer-centric product insights with thorough observability and operational excellence.

• Experience in upgrading or re-engineering significant legacy systems into advanced, next-generation platforms.

• Ethical application of generative AI with human oversight to produce business-ready results and measurable improvements in workflows.
