Senior Software Engineer – remote from GMT-7 to GMT+4 timezones

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of essential components of the Collectly platform

• Design and enhance backend systems using Python

• Work collaboratively with the founder, engineering leadership, product managers, designers, and other engineers

• Deliver high-quality, impactful features for healthcare providers and patients

• Assess trade-offs and create a world-class product

• Develop critical features with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail

• Take ownership of features from start to finish, including product requirements, coding, testing, observability, rollout, and ongoing maintenance

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building complex web applications

• Strong passion for creating and delivering outstanding products

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment

• Dedicated work ethic to aid in the development and growth of a new startup

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Redis is a plus
