Senior Software Engineer – Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Full Stack Architecture: Develop a clean, scalable application that can be deployed as both SaaS and On-Premise, utilizing TypeScript and Python. You will be responsible for designing intricate visualization flows, advanced logging features, and agent configurations.

• Architectural Evolution: Enhance the software architecture to facilitate integrations with the AI team at Filigran.

• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly iterate to test ideas, demonstrating comfort with refactoring or removing code as the product vision shifts based on user input.

• Community Management: Actively engage with the Open Source community (GitHub, Slack), responding to user inquiries.

• Team Structuring: Contribute to the establishment of development processes and team culture as one of the initial hires in this new squad.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Full Stack development, with a strong command of TypeScript and Python.

• Architectural Mindset: You possess the ability to critically assess software architecture and have experience with genAI frameworks, including Agentic, RAG, or basic LLM usage, potentially leveraging MCP servers.

• Ownership & Agility: You have a track record of launching projects and are adept at navigating uncertainty. You recognize that we are building a product, not merely writing code.

• Full Stack Mastery: You are equally skilled in developing frontend interfaces (creating intuitive wizards for complex configurations) and backend logic (API design, permission models).

• Communication: Proficient in both English and French.

• Bonus Points:

• - Familiarity with Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) standards such as STIX/TAXII or the MITRE ATT&CK framework.

• - Experience in contributing to or maintaining Open Source projects.
