Senior Software Engineer – .Net/Azure/Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate clear communication with client project stakeholders regarding the status of projects and provide recommendations.

• Develop client code that is not only efficient but also high-performing, testable, scalable, secure, and of exceptional quality.

• Actively engage in precise planning and estimation activities, utilizing project methodologies and tools.

• Skillfully gather requirements and effectively organize and present developed features to clients.

• Execute complex tasks within existing methodologies and quality standards, demonstrating success across a variety of engagements.

• Foster client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to identify user pain points, foresee potential issues, and iterate on solutions that enhance client satisfaction.

• Participate in agile software development practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.

• Contribute to the Engineering Practice community by mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams, supporting the enhancement of technical skills.

• Independently lead project delivery within established architecture, showcasing autonomy and accountability through all phases from conceptualization to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in .NET.

• Proficiency in AZURE.

• Experience with Angular.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

• Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).

• Experience with C# / Winforms.

• Knowledge of Access / OLEDB.

• Proven experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and high-performance enterprise-level systems.

• Demonstrated practice and initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers across the organization.

• Strong understanding of SOLID principles.

• Familiarity with OWASP.

• Proficiency in the English language.
