Senior Software Engineer – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• In order to maintain an exceptional experience, we are seeking an individual who will take charge of our mobile platform, develop high-quality features, and consistently enhance performance, architecture, and code quality.

• Influence the future of our Flutter application by creating scalable solutions that deliver genuine value to our users.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and are confident in your capabilities.

• You have practical experience in building and sustaining mobile applications (iOS, Android, or cross-platform), understand the unique challenges of mobile development, and aspire to build full-stack solutions using agentic engineering.

• You thrive in a growing team and dynamic environment – ideally, you have prior experience in a startup or a similarly fast-paced setting and enjoy constructing projects from the ground up.

• You approach development with a clear product focus, making technical decisions that consider user experience, business value, and long-term scalability.

• You will create new features for our Flutter application and our entire stack using a contemporary, AI-driven development methodology.

• You work autonomously within a product team, take ownership, and actively share your expertise in technical development.

• You help enhance code quality within the team and establish high standards for maintainability, structure, and technical excellence.

• Through comprehensive code reviews, you ensure that our mobile codebase remains consistent, robust, and of high quality.

• You collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, constructively challenge requirements, and translate them into solid technical solutions.

• You consistently work to improve the performance, stability, and reliability of our mobile application.

• You play an active role in shaping architectural decisions within the mobile domain and contribute to a scalable technical vision.

• You utilize AI not as an addition, but as a core element of a modern development workflow.

• You possess strong expertise in Dart and Flutter, developing high-performance, high-quality mobile applications.

• SOLID principles, clean structures, and sustainable code quality are innate to you.

• You have a solid understanding of how effective mobile products function – from UI/UX principles to established design patterns.

• You work in a test-driven and quality-focused manner and are familiar with common testing methodologies in software development.
