Senior Software Engineer, iOS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality iOS applications that provide engaging and dependable experiences for millions of users.

• Design scalable, modular, and maintainable iOS codebases, utilizing contemporary development practices.

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to outline and implement new features from start to finish.

• Advocate for iOS best practices, including clean architecture, dependency injection, and effective UI rendering.

• Analyze app performance, reliability, and crash analytics to foster continuous improvement.

• Keep abreast of changes in the iOS platform, ecosystem updates, and mobile trends to ensure the team’s skills and tools remain state-of-the-art.

• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence within the iOS engineering community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant combination of education, experience, and training.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and launching iOS applications using Swift and Swift UI development principles.

• In-depth understanding of iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM.

• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs, managing data persistence, and handling complex states in mobile applications.

• Strong grasp of Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for iOS, automated testing frameworks (XCUITest), and release processes is an advantage.

• Commitment to high code quality practices, such as code reviews, unit testing, and producing clean, maintainable code.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.

• A user-centered approach, with the capability to translate product and design requirements into intuitive mobile experiences.

• May need to obtain a gaming license issued by the relevant state agency as a condition of employment.
