This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of Software Engineers by offering guidance, support, and technical expertise.
• Serve as a pivotal influencer in technical decision-making and propel architectural enhancements.
• Work in collaboration with Principal Software Engineers, Architects, and Leadership to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Propel technical initiatives and projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Perform code reviews, provide constructive input, and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other improvement areas.
• Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously upgrade the team's skills.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, teamwork, and ongoing learning within the team.
• Fulfill all responsibilities as specified in the annual performance review and/or goal-setting documents.
• Complete all special projects and other assigned tasks.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, including at least 2 years in a Senior Software Engineer or equivalent position.
• Proficiency in software development, particularly in Java, Python, associated frameworks, MSSQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• 5-7 years of experience with relational databases and ETL processes.
• More than 3 years of experience with vector databases, SQL, and No-SQL.
• Familiarity with AI Assistants such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for addressing complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving technical initiatives and delivering high-quality software solutions.
• A passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices is preferred.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
