Senior Software Engineer II – DSM Integrations Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the DSM Integrations Team to provide top-notch software solutions.

• Design and maintain distributed systems that ensure low-latency responses.

• Guide junior team members and share industry best practices.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to architectural decision-making.

• Continuously enhance the codebase through maintenance and refactoring efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of practical experience in backend software development.

• Extensive experience in designing and maintaining real-time distributed systems with low-latency request/response management.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Proficient programming skills in Java are essential; however, we are open to considering your experience in C/C++, Scala, Ruby, Rust, or Go if you are interested in transitioning to Java.

• Experience in maintaining and refactoring legacy Python codebases.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Practical experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL databases.
