Senior Software Engineer II – AI Tooling and Interfaces

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and data teams to identify and prioritize AI initiatives throughout the organization.

• Convert product requirements into AI-driven solutions that significantly enhance the client experience.

• Develop comprehensive automations utilizing LLMs, internal data, and external signals to eradicate repetitive tasks and unveil new client-facing functionalities.

• Create and execute agentic workflows and orchestration pipelines that streamline complex, multi-step processes.

• Design retrieval, orchestration, and memory layers to enhance the intelligence of our AI agents over time.

• Set best practices for AI data quality, observability, and safety.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or large-scale distributed systems.

• Practical experience in integrating LLMs into production environments (embeddings, RAG, vector stores, or agent orchestration).

• Strong expertise in Python and SQL.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized infrastructure and deployment.

• A systems thinker: storage, retrieval, metadata, reliability, latency, and failure modes are second nature to you.

• Capacity to navigate from ambiguity to execution — you thrive on being the first to solve challenges.

• Excellent communication skills: you can clearly articulate trade-offs, scope decisions, and technical strategies.
