Senior Software Engineer II – AI Core Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable and efficient solutions.

• Collaborate as an equal partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders across Aledade to formulate and carry out technical roadmaps utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing comprehensive pull request reviews for fellow developers while being open to constructive criticism regarding your own contributions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience as an engineer developing full-stack web applications within a cross-functional team.

• More than 3 years of experience working with SQL or other database querying languages on extensive multi-table datasets.

• At least 3 years of experience serving as a reliable technical decision-maker in a team environment, addressing both immediate and long-term business needs.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience mentoring other engineers.
