Senior Software Engineer – Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and develop applications utilizing Golang

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of components

• Uphold personal technical quality standards within the project team

• Assist in establishing structured practices for source code management, building, and deployment

• Create and implement solutions for data storage

• Enhance application performance for optimal speed and scalability

• Collect feedback from users and clients to develop tailored solutions

• Aid in analyzing client requirements

• Collaborate with Technical Leaders for project execution and timely delivery

• Work alongside client teams

• Engage closely with clients to convert complex business needs into innovative digital products

• Partner with distributed teams to create secure, high-performance applications

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience working at a Senior Engineer level; generally, a minimum of 6 years of commercial experience

• Practical experience in an agile working environment

• Hands-on experience and knowledge in developing real-world solutions

• Profound knowledge of Golang

• Strong understanding of version control tools, such as Git

• Experience in testing and familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools

• Practical real-world experience with databases and cloud platforms

• Experience in automation, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD)

• Experience in collaboratively building software through pull requests and code reviews

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

• Professional proficiency in English

• Experience with Next.js is preferred

• Familiarity with Python and AI/ML libraries

• Understanding of data science techniques, such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

• Experience in financial services is preferred but not required
