
Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack – Member Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create AI-driven systems and user experiences that assist members in locating affordable, high-quality healthcare across various types and locations.
• Analyze and comprehend the diverse healthcare journeys of members, providing support through personalized and customized solutions.
• Recognize and utilize data relationships to offer members seamless and pertinent information.
• Evaluate user behavior and site usage metrics to enhance performance and prioritize initiatives.
• Work alongside engineering teams to define project scopes, break tasks into user stories, establish MVPs, and organize work into sprints.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and product designers to deliver features in alignment with the roadmap.
• Contribute to enhancements in processes, documentation, and overall operational efficiency within the product team.
• Ensure that our system remains current and compliant with evolving insurance regulations.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in search engine technology or user-facing applications.
• Proficiency in designing and developing intuitive, AI-enhanced search and user interfaces with a keen focus on design and user experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Strong SQL skills for conducting independent data analysis and investigation.
• Basic understanding of AI and AI-driven development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to decompose complex challenges into MVPs for quicker execution.
• Proficient in translating technical requirements for non-technical business stakeholders.
• Ability to organize and clarify complex and ambiguous situations effectively.
• Experience collaborating across functions and influencing a variety of stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
