Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

📋 Description

• Tackle intricate engineering challenges that allow you to enhance not only your technical expertise but also your project management and interpersonal skills.

• Create and sustain public APIs that are integral to the API Product suite.

• Work alongside stakeholders to convert a functional vision into a concrete roadmap with defined outcomes.

• Assist and empower internal business units through shared engineering services and capabilities.

• Build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across the organization to comprehend and support their mission from beginning to end.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and constructing scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.

• Familiarity with storage systems including relational databases (such as Postgres) and analytical databases.

• Demonstrated capability in identifying customer pain points and translating their needs into technical and product specifications.

• A strong sense of initiative and ownership, coupled with the ability to navigate uncertainty and adjust swiftly to changes.

• Outstanding ability to structure problems and pinpoint the most critical issues for prioritization.

• Proficient in articulating complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, in both spoken and written forms.

• Experience in collaborating within a cross-functional team environment with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels.
