Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain public APIs that are integral to the API Product suite.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate a functional vision into a concrete roadmap with defined outcomes.

• Provide support and enablement to internal business units through shared engineering services and capabilities.

• Develop robust and scalable software utilized by all TRM customers.

• Design backend APIs with a profound understanding of customer experience and performance needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and constructing scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.

• Familiarity with storage systems such as relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and analytical databases.

• Demonstrated ability to identify customer pain points and translate their needs into technical and product requirements.

• A strong sense of initiative and ownership, along with the capability to navigate ambiguity and adapt swiftly to change.

• Exceptional skill in structuring problems and identifying critical issues for prioritization.

• Proficient in communicating complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience collaborating in a cross-functional setting with a diverse range of individuals at all organizational levels.
