Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the founding team, audit staff, engineers, and external collaborators.

• Implement the overarching vision of addressing employee benefit plan audits.

• Develop internal tools for engagements and reviews.

• Create data models for engagement and plan audits.

• Maintain the security, reliability, and observability of the systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior full-stack / product engineer with comprehensive end-to-end system ownership.

• Proficient in TypeScript/React and Node.js.

• Skilled in relational data modeling using Postgres/Supabase.

• Prioritize security and data isolation as fundamental engineering principles.

• Experience in developing internal tools or review/approval workflows.

• Comfortable working as an early engineer with a high degree of autonomy and broad ownership.
