Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack – Agentic Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of comprehensive full-stack development for Coinbase Advisor's agentic trading interfaces, providing production-ready UI across web platforms and React Native mobile applications, along with the Go backend services that support real-time AI and trading functionalities.

• Develop real-time, interactive interfaces for AI-driven trade suggestions, portfolio analysis, and autonomous execution workflows, ensuring responsiveness within sub-seconds and visual clarity.

• Collaborate with AI/ML, backend, design, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver new agentic trading features from their inception to launch.

• Influence architectural decisions for the Advisor product segment, establishing frameworks for streaming AI responses, real-time market data visualization, and stateful conversational user experiences.

• Champion code quality standards through thorough code reviews, testing methodologies, and performance enhancements across the Advisor full-stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional full-stack engineering experience in delivering consumer-facing web and/or mobile products at scale, with a strong proficiency in React/TypeScript or backend systems (Go preferred).

• Proven capability to take charge of the architecture for a product area, including state management, API integration strategies, and performance enhancements that have a measurable impact on latency or reliability.

• Experience in incorporating AI or ML-enabled features into user-facing applications, such as streaming responses, agentic workflows, or conversational interfaces.

• Demonstrated history of independently steering projects from inception to production, making both product and technical decisions, and achieving results with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, financial products, or trading platforms.

• Employs generative AI responsibly, ensuring human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and facilitate measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
