Senior Software Engineer – Frontend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of frontend development for essential cryptocurrency money transfer functionalities, including sending, receiving, and tracking transaction statuses on both web and mobile platforms.

• Drive significant enhancements in customer journey latency, availability, and service level objectives (SLOs) for the payment processes you manage.

• Develop new user-oriented features, such as contact management systems and real-time transaction status indicators.

• Collaborate with product management, design teams, and backend engineering to define, prioritize, and execute projects that minimize customer experience contact rates and enhance overall user satisfaction.

• Identify and address frontend performance issues within payment flows, thereby reducing end-to-end latency and boosting reliability for millions of users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience with substantial expertise in React and React Native.

• Proven history of delivering consumer-facing products from inception to completion in a high-volume setting, with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and user experience.

• Experience in owning service level objectives (SLOs) and fostering measurable advancements in latency and availability for user-centric flows.

• Demonstrated capability to mentor junior engineers and serve as a senior technical authority within a diverse team.

• Employ generative AI responsibly, ensuring human oversight to produce business-ready results and drive measurable enhancements in workflow efficiency, costs, and quality.
