This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the design, development, and implementation of intricate front-end features utilizing Typescript, Angular (2+), Lit, HTML, and SCSS.
• Create scalable UI solutions and reusable component libraries by leveraging Web Components.
• Integrate front-end applications with APIs, which includes defining contracts and collaborating on API design.
• Lead efforts in performance optimization, accessibility enhancements, and user experience improvements across applications.
• Guide and engage in pair programming, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Advocate for engineering best practices in documentation, testing, CI/CD, architecture, and maintainable layout patterns.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers through technical guidance, constructive feedback, and exemplifying high-quality engineering practices.
• Identify systemic technical debt and suggest practical, high-impact improvements.
• Work collaboratively with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Proven experience in successfully delivering large, complex software projects in production settings.
• Advanced expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
• Experience in building applications using Angular (2+) and contemporary SPA patterns.
• Familiarity with state management libraries, such as NgRx or Redux.
• Experience in constructing or composing applications using Web Components (Lit preferred).
• Proficient in integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the maintenance of code quality standards.
