Senior Software Engineer – Front-End

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the architectural foundation and user interface experience for LogicGate’s Risk Cloud platform.

• Develop and deliver modular, reusable UI components utilizing TypeScript, Angular, and contemporary front-end technologies.

• Advocate for automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure high test coverage and minimal defect rates.

• Utilize AI tools and automated development workflows to enhance feature delivery speed and elevate code quality.

• Track and optimize web performance metrics and accessibility standards through Datadog dashboards and logs.

• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, QA, and Backend teams in an Agile setting.

• Create architectural documentation and technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional front-end engineering experience delivering complex production applications within an enterprise setting.

• Advanced expertise in TypeScript, Angular, or modern component-based frameworks like React/Vue, with a proven ability to ramp up quickly.

• Experience in writing testable code and constructing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites, such as Cypress and Jest.

• Practical knowledge of leveraging AI tools, large language models (LLMs), or automated coding assistants like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT.

• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design principles, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for enterprise SaaS applications.

• Capability to work efficiently in a remote or hybrid work environment.

• Openness to occasional travel for team onsite meetings and company events.

• Preferred: direct experience in developing enterprise B2B SaaS platforms, particularly in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), security, or data-intensive analytics software.

• Preferred: familiarity with GitLab CI pipelines, Webpack bundling optimization, and Datadog Real User Monitoring (RUM).
